Practice to Policy® Health Awards Program

The Practice to Policy® Health Awards Program

The Practice to Policy® Health Awards Program is designed to support initiatives that aim to improve health outcomes for people living with progressive non-viral liver diseases.

Core to the program is to provide a platform that encourages innovation, as well as ensuring that learnings from successful projects can be shared.

We are excited to be able to offer financial support to projects that help to inspire change in the liver community.

Launched in 2016, the program has funded 45 innovative projects in PBC across 9 countries, with two parallel programs for the United States and for Europe and Canada.
